The moment you accept what troubles you’ve been given, the door will open.

Welcome

We’re so glad you found us. We approach the work of therapy with reverence, openness, warmth, and connection. We are an actively anti-oppressive practice specializing in anxiety disorders, child & adolescent mental health, emerging adults, perinatal mental health, and infertility. Take a moment to read more about our services and reach out for a free consultation to see if we’d work well together. We currently have openings for parents, families and adults.

Openings

We take BCBS and Aetna. Reach out via our contact form to be connected our admin, Julia. If we have an appropriate therapist available, Julia will get you connected with them so you can chat and see if it is a mutual fit. If you have a child younger than 12, Julia will first connect you with Laura, our practice owner, who will help connect you with the right therapist.

As of September 2024, Alex has a waitlist of 3-6 months for daytime appointments. Her waitlist for after school spots (3PM and later) is likely 9-12 months. Laura is taking new clients for short-term third party reproduction/family building consultations, and short-term parent coaching only. Our newest clinician, Genna, is taking new clients (families, parents and adults) for virtual appointments only, and she takes Aetna.. Sam has a waitlist for teens through young adults.

I want to be light and frolicsome.
I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing,
as though I had wings.”
